Peru – SUNAT implements electronic file of inductive actions or control actions in case of tax omissions
The National Superintendence of Customs and Tax Administration (SUNAT) reported that it will implement, as of August 1, the Electronic Record of the inductive actions or control actions sent to taxpayers due to possible inconsistencies or omissions in the fulfillment of their tax obligations.
