Thanks to the contributions of 25 tax administrations from Latin America and the Caribbean, the CIAT Executive Secretariat has updated the information found in the Data base on transfer pricing rules and practices in Latin American and Caribbean countries.

The data is available at CIATData, in English and Spanish, for the years 2022 and 2023 in accordance with the table of updates.

During this update, improvements were implemented, the objectives of which are to optimize the display of data and the user experience.

The CIAT Executive Secretariat appreciates the technical contributions of the tax administrations that have contributed once again to this initiative.
