CIATData Updates. New Information on Tax Transparency and Cooperation in Latin America and the Caribbean
The CIAT Executive Secretariat has updated CIATData information on transparency and tax cooperation in Latin America and the Caribbean.
With the support of its member countries, the Tax Justice Network (TJN), and the OECD, the CIAT Executive Secretariat presents an updated version of its database on the state of tax transparency and cooperation in Latin America and the Caribbean.
This new version includes information based on the most recent data provided by countries, covering the period from May 2025 to March 2026, for 24 countries, including:
- • Adoption of international cooperation instruments.
- • Implementation of cooperation and mutual assistance mechanisms.
- • Level of compliance with international standards.
In addition, the tool allows users to compare the situation across countries in the region and to download tables to facilitate data analysis and processing.
