The XXI Technical Sessions of CeATS were held on September 13-14, in Buenos Aires, Argentina, under the topic “Human and Technological resources of the TAs”, with the participation of invited international experts.

The Director of Technical Assistance and Information and Communication Technologies, Raúl Zambrano, participated on behalf of CIAT; in his presentation he spoke on 3 topics: 1. how does the tax administration focus on transactions through the use of electronic documents. 2. Use of new technologies such as Big Data or the artificial TLG to provide services via virtual assistants and 3. The possibility of inter-operating with different actors of the economy in the development of new business models using blockchain, as a new ecosystem in which the tax administration would play a role.
