Santiago Díaz de Sarralde joins the CIAT Executive Secretariat
From this month of January, our Spanish colleague Prof. Santiago Diaz de Sarralde has joined temporarily the Executive Secretariat as a guest, to be in charge of the Tax Studies and Research Directorate. Prof. Santiago Diaz de Sarralde is a Doctor in Economy and titular professor of Applied Economics at the University Rey Juan Carlos of Madrid.
