On March 27, 2019, the International Taxation Treaty for Ecuador, coordinated by the Simon Bolívar Andean University and the Ecuadorian Institute of Tax Law was presented at the First International Taxation Congress. The Treaty has technical contributions from 32 Ecuadorian and international specialists, representing a great contribution for tax students and for the Ecuadorian and international tax community.

It has been an honour for the CIAT Executive Secretariat to be able to contribute with the section called “The clause of Information Exchange”.
