On December 5 and 6, 2022, the XVI Biennial Meeting of the CIAT International Correspondents Network was held, resuming the face-to-face modality on this occasion.

The event was attended by correspondents from member countries in the Americas, Africa, Asia and Europe; the CIAT staff, Secretariat officials, and the Executive Secretary, Marcio F. Verdi, who opened the meeting and conducted all the working sessions.

At this event, the correspondents had the opportunity to present the activities and progress made in their respective tax administrations, and CIAT presented the activities and programs of each of the directorates that make up the Secretariat, on international management, technical assistance, work methodology, services offered, training programs, publications and studies generated, and all the documentation available to the Tax Administrations.
