On May 13, within the framework of the 60th CIAT General Assembly and in line with its central theme, “Digital Transformation of Tax Administrations,” authorities from the Department of Revenue of India’s Ministry of Finance presented a compendium entitled “Technology and Tax Administration: The Indian Experience” and “SAKSHAM NUDGE: An Innovative Approach to E-Governance”.

The publications address topics such as data governance, tax compliance, exchange of information, e-governance, and the use of artificial intelligence in tax administration, highlighting India’s experience in digital transformation and tax modernization.
