Costa Rica – As of December 1: CAByS will be mandatory for taxpayers who issue electronic receipts
As of December 1, 2020, all value added tax payers who issue electronic receipts must use the Catalogue of Goods and Services (CAByS) made available by the Ministry of Finance and the Central Bank of Costa Rica, as of May of this year.
