The Executive Council met on October 10 in the morning, in Miami, United States, within the framework of the CIAT Technological Fair being held in said city.

The meeting was chaired by Mrs. Marta González Ayala, Deputy Minister of the State Secretariat of Taxation of Paraguay. The participants were the Councilors from Honduras, Peru, Paraguay, Spain and the United States, the Heads of Mission of Spain and Italy before CIAT and the delegate from the Canada Revenue Agency who attended as guests, and the Executive Secretariat Directors.

The Executive Secretary submitted the report on the activities carried out since the meeting held in Mexico City last April. It mainly included the audited Financial Statements through June 30, 2016 and the results of the CIAT Customer Satisfaction Survey prepared and presented in this meeting by KPMG specialists.
