As part of the strategy to combat tax evasion and tax avoidance beyond the national territory, the National Tax and Customs Directorate-DIAN, achieved this September to carry out the exchange of information with the United States and other 35 countries, which becomes a valuable input for the control actions of taxpayers who intend to use schemes to hide their assets in other jurisdictions, in order to evade taxes in the country.
