On September 4, 2019, the Administrative Council of Tax Appeals held the 5th Seminar on Tax and Customs Law of CARF at the National School of Public Administration – ENAP, in Brasilia, Brazil.

This seminar addressed important topics in the tax area.

The event was attended by academics, magistrates, board members, tax authorities and officials of international organizations and special guests.

On behalf of the CIAT Executive Secretariat, Mr. Márcio F. Verdi, Executive Secretary, participated as a speaker with the topic “Tax Systems in the Global Context“. (see presentation)
