The Internal Revenue Service Director, Fernando Barraza, noted that “the jury’s task was not easy because all the proposals had a high standard. For us this is a tremendous gain and encourages us to continue working this way, by taking into consideration innovative initiatives whereby we may continue to provide better services to the citizens”.
