Senior Specialist of the IDB’s Fiscal Management Division in Brazil. She works on projects for the modernization and integration of the Brazilian states’ fiscal management. Previously, she worked as Undersecretary at the Secretariat of International Affairs of the Ministry of Planning, in charge of the relationship with international organizations and coordination of the portfolio of projects financed with external resources. She is a graduate of the School of Political Science and International Relations of the University of Brasilia, where she also studied law. Specialization in International Economic Negotiations at the Institut d’Administration Publique and executive training at Harvard Business School.
