Antoni Bergas Forteza is a PhD candidate and Assistant Lecturer in Public Law (Financial and Tax Law) at the University of the Balearic Islands. His research focuses on international taxation, particularly the concept of permanent establishment and the taxation of the digital economy. He has participated in several research projects on the application of law to new technologies and has authored publications on local, national and international taxation.
