The Inter-American Center of Tax Administrations-CIAT- and the Externado University of Colombia, a study Center for 130 years, offer a Virtual Master’s Program in “International Taxation, Foreign Trade and Customs” in which tax administrations officials and the private sector from Colombia, Nicaragua, Ecuador and Dominican Republic participate.

Monday, July 01, 2019, in the city of Panama, the opening ceremony of the seminar’s closure took place at the headquarters of the CIAT for the third promotion of the Virtual Master’s Program in International Taxation, Foreign Trade and Customs, which lasted for 3 days.

The event included a few words of welcome by Dr. Olga Lucia Gonzalez, Director of the Tax Law Department of the Externado University of Colombia; there was subsequently some words by Dr. Carolina Acosta, Academic Coordinator of the program, then Dr. Juan Francisco Redondo, Head of the Spanish Mission to CIAT and finally, a video of Dr. Alejandro Juárez, Director of Training and Development of Human Talent of CIAT.

Subsequently, students presented their thesis, two (2) thesis progress reports.
