I am Juan Francisco Villacís, born in Quito, Ecuador. I am economist, graduated from the Catholic University of Ecuador and Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Dayton, Ohio USA. University expert in e-Learning projects. NetLearning-UTN FRBA – (Arg).

I have done complementary studies on various topics relating to Business Administration, evaluation and project management, Finance, Management Development and Total Quality, both within the country and in USA, Sweden, Costa Rica, Mexico, Colombia, Guatemala, etc.

I joined the Internal Revenue Service – SRI in 1998. I became National Director of Institutional Development of the SRI and Director of the Northern Region. I was responsible for HR and National Administrative Director of the SRI.

Currently I collaborate in the Centre for Tax Studies (CEF) of the SRI, devoted to studies and personnel training.

I am a Tutor and consultant of the Inter-American Center of Tax Administrations – CIAT – in the course of Tax Management and Human Resources Management.

I have previously held management and executive positions in the CFN, XEROX, the EMAAP and the municipality of Quito.

I have been a lecturer at the Faculty of administration of the Central University of Ecuador and the Simon Bolivar Andean University.
