The Digital Transformation Maturity Model is a diagnostic tool that allows a tax administration to assess its current level of maturity with respect to its level of digitization and digital transformation.

This e-learning module on the Digital Transformation Maturity Model, based on the OECD-FTA publication Vision for a Tax Administration 3.0, covers the digital transformation changes that administrations can make to the way they operate, responding to changes in the way taxpayers interact with them. Specifically, this transformation focuses on the increasing migration of tax processes to taxpayers’ natural systems, i.e., the systems they use in their daily lives and/or businesses.

The model allows administrations to compare their own maturity in the different aspects of digital transformation with that of their peers.

Participants receive a certificate from the OECD upon completion.
