On November 6, 2020, Kenya has celebrated “Taxpayer’s Day 2020”, a permanent event on the official Kenyan commemorative calendar. The opening act of the event was in charge of His Excellency the President of Kenya Mr. Uhuru Kenyatta.

The Executive Secretary of the Inter-American Center of Tax Administrations – CIAT thanks for the invitation to this important event, and congratulates all the employees of the Kenia Revenue Agency, with a special greeting to Commissioner Mr. Oburu and to the entire Kenyan people for this historical commemoration.
