From June 26 to 30, 2017, the General Directorate of Revenue of Panama received at its headquarters the visit of an expert who provided technical assistance in Collection. The purpose of this consultancy was to review and formulate recommendations regarding the collection strategy of the DGI, and at the same time to train officials in collection techniques, both administrative and enforced.

As a result, the DGI expects to increase the productivity of collection management over the same period of the previous year.

This way, GIZ continues to support CIAT by encouraging the exchange of professional experiences and good practices among the administrations of the region.
