Marcio is a Tax Auditor in “Receita Federal do Brasil (RFB)” since 2001. He is graduated in Law and works for the Brazilian Tax Administration, where he developed a taste for public law linked to state activities, such as constitutional, administrative and tax law. He completed the Master program in European and International Tax Law at the University of Bologna, Italy (2010) and the Doctoral Program (PhD) in International Business Taxation at the Vienna University of Economics and Business/WU, in 2021, focused on how to enhance the relationship between the tax administration and the taxpayers.
