Jorge Cosulich served as Executive Secretary of the Centro Interamericano de Administraciones Tributarias for more than 10 years. He is currently dedicated to academic activities, contributing regularly through lectures in his native Bolivia, as well as in Ecuador and the Dominican Republic. He currently leads the project being carried out by CIAT for the Dirección General de Ingresos de Panamá.
