Enrique Seira Bejarano is Director of ITAM’s Economic Research Centre, holds a degree in Economics from ITAM and a PhD in Economics from Stanford University. He specializes in development, industrial organization, and credit markets. He has worked at the World Bank-IFC, the Secretariat of Finance, the Secretariat of Economy and the Bank of Mexico.
