Paula Qüerio De Silva

Certified Public Accountant, graduated from the Argentine Catholic University, with more than 35 years of experience in international taxation, transfer pricing, and tax audits, developed in both the public and private sectors. I have held senior responsibility positions at the Federal Administration of Public Revenues (AFIP), where I coordinated audit teams focused on large taxpayers and complex international operations, and also led ongoing technical training programs.

My career combines solid professional practice with a strong vocation for teaching and specialized training, collaborating with leading institutions such as the OECD, CIAT, CPCECABA, and the AAEF. In the academic field, I have participated as a lecturer, coordinator, and speaker in national and international programs related to my areas of expertise, both in-person and virtual. At CIAT, I was co-author of the first Transfer Pricing course (introductory, intermediate, and advanced levels).

I am passionate about making the complex clear: turning regulations into practical criteria and audit decisions. Teaching and building technical capacity is a guiding thread throughout my career, driven by a simple motivation: strengthening teams to face real-world international taxation challenges. My focus is on Transfer Pricing and the issues surrounding related-party transactions, from comparability and documentation to risk management.
