The Internal Revenue Service of Ecuador is interested in conducting a market study in order to determine the best alternative solution for the new Integrated Tax Management System based on the principles, and evaluations of best international tax practices; for this purpose it has generated the document request for information (RFI), so that those interested in participating in a subsequent procurement process submit the requested information that will facilitate the analysis in the development of the terms of reference.

The contracting process will be part of the investments made by the SRI using resources from the loan contract with the IDB and although at this stage information is being gathered to strengthen the TORs, the selection process will be governed by IDB procurement policies.
