The in-person seminars of the Official Master’s Program in Public Finance and Financial and Tax Administration were held from February 19 to March 1, 2024. They were promoted by UNED, IEF, CIAT, and ICEX, with significant participation of Latin American and Caribbean countries, as well as Brazilian colleagues from the Receita Federal do Brasil and the subnational tax administrations that are members of CONSEFAZ.

These seminars were held in Montevideo, Uruguay and Santos, Brazil, respectively. The latter was attended by our Executive Secretary, Mr. Marcio F. Verdi. Undoubtedly an important effort to provide professional qualification to participating tax officials.
