On December 14, 2021 the SAT of Guatemala communicated to CIAT advances related to transfer pricing control, which have motivated updates to the Database on transfer pricing rules and practices in Latin American and Caribbean countries available through CIATData.

Among the most relevant updates are: improvements in the identification of tax compliance risks, analysis of transactions subject to the sixth method and increased transfer pricing controls.
