I am national of Argentina, I live in Buenos Aires, with my wife Alejandra and our two little princesses, Victoria and Barbara.

My degrees, both from the University of Buenos Aires, are of Public Accountant and Bachelor of Economics. I am also a ten-month graduate of the International Tax Program – Harvard Law School (MA, USA).

Currently, I am Inspector in transfer pricing at the Large National Taxpayers Control Directorate of the Federal Public Revenue Administration (AFIP) of the Argentine Republic.

In the same organization, I have also been affected to various technical areas, having been Head of the International Agreements and Treaties Division.

As a teacher, I have co-authored the course on “International Exchange of Information for Tax Purposes” issued by the Training Directorate of the AFIP, as well as tutor of several commissions, in person and virtual.

I also taught the courses of “Public Finance” and “International Economics”, at the Mercantile Marine University (UdeMM), in Buenos Aires

In the CIAT scope, I have been co-author of the course on “Information Exchange”, being tutor of the course since 2015.

As a student, I recently participated in the CIAT course on “Transfer Pricing”, of great practical content, highly recommended to all those interested in the subject.

I am very grateful to CIAT for the opportunities and satisfactions it provides me, both in my role as teacher and as student.
