Argentina – Strong decrease in VAT evasion by using the “M” invoice
The Federal Administrator of Public Revenue, Leandro Cuccioli, reported that since the implementation of the “M” invoice, VAT evasion generated by apocryphal invoicing was reduced. A total of $ 500 million was invoiced in a quarter by 1,724 companies while the previously detected operations reached $ 27,000 million in the same period.
