Certified Public Accountant and Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from the National University of Río Cuarto, Argentina. Master’s Degree in Tax Administration and Public Finance from the National Distance Education University (UNED), Spain. Diploma in Taxation from the Inter-American Center of Tax Administrations (CIAT). Specialist in Taxation from the University of Belgrano. Postgraduate Degree in Public Economics from the University of San Andrés, and Specialist in Accounting Systems and Quantitative Methods for Decision-Making from the National University of Río Cuarto.
He currently serves as a Judge of the Sixth Panel (Vocalía of the 6th Nomination) of Chamber B of the National Tax Court of Argentina. Previously, he worked for 27 years as a career official in the Argentine Tax Administration, with responsibilities in large taxpayers, financial institutions and operations, and tax information exchange.
He is a lecturer and researcher at CIAT and at universities in Argentina and abroad, teaching in master’s programs and tax specialization courses. He is an author of books and academic publications and a speaker at conferences and seminars.
