She is a PhD candidate in the Strategic Management doctoral program of the Consortium of Universities of Peru, holds a Master’s Degree in Administration from Tecnológico de Monterrey, and is a Bachelor in Education and a Certified Public Accountant.

She has sixteen years of experience in the Tax Administration (SUNAT), where she worked in various areas, mainly tax auditing, tax compliance, taxpayer services, and human resources. She also has more than twenty years of experience in university teaching at both undergraduate and graduate levels.

At CIAT, she has over fifteen years of experience as a virtual tutor and as a consultant in the review of several manuals.
