Paola Olivares graduated in Management Engineering from Politecnico di Milano and has been with the Digital Innovation Observatories since 2014. Currently, she serves as the Director of the Digital B2B Observatory, the Drone and Advanced Air Mobility Observatory, the International Observatory on Electronic Invoicing, and the B2b Digital Commerce and Experience Observatory. Additionally, she oversees the impact measurement of Observatory research. Over the years, she has focused on studying the digitization of Public Administration and Digital Export.
