On July 12 through 15, 2010, the Caribbean Organization of Tax Administrators – COTA successfully held its XXI General Assembly and Technical Conference in Barbados. High quality papers were presented for discussing the main theme, namely: “The successes and challenges of Tax Administrations in maintaining efficiencies in a time of Global Economic Transformation”.
