General Assemblies
In addition to its institutional nature, the General Assembly constitutes an international technical meeting of the member countries, associate member countries and other countries and international organizations especially invited to the Assembly, to exchange experiences, discuss and analyze a specific central topic regarding the issues and trends that affect tax administrations.

The central topic of the General Assembly’s technical discussions is defined on the basis of the opinion of all the representatives of the tax administrations of the member countries and associate member countries
